Our regular flying site is located at the Arthur Aerodrome near town called Metz in Southern Ontario. Our location provides one of the best soaring opportunities in Southern Ontario as we are positioned far enough from the lakes to allow strong and consistent thermal development. We use an ultralight aeroplane Dragonfly 582 which is specially designed for towing hang gliders to get us in the air. By using aerotowing as means of launch allows the tug to place the glider in any nearby thermals, maximizing the pilots chance to get a soaring flight. Additionally members have access to onsite camping making it a perfect gateaway for the weekend.
