Hi Ken,

Sorry, have been down with a bad cold, first in as long as I can remember. Anyway some sold listings attached from 2008 that will give some idea. Sales may slow and prices fall due to current economic conditions. Not much listed so best prices are for those properties sitting I would venture not new listings.

Anyway 7750 Perth Road is (using 401 & Hwy 8) from Hyde Park, Toronto 148.53km 1hr 46min and 7943 Wellington is (Hwy 10 & Hwy 9) 119.45km 1hr 37min. I'm sure a faster route using Hwy 6 might be found or some other sideroads. Perth Road is just past Dorking and given the extra 10 min driving time I think it is worth a look. I liked the creek at one end, nice to have water and maybe a swimming hole.
